Abstract

This study aims to continue to examine the duration of gender-based group work on university students' perceptions of gender. Gender inequality and understanding are prominent provisions as an important rule of modern society. This research was conducted to understand how university education will affect perceptions on this subject. The main aim of the study is to limit the duration of gender-based group work on students' perceptions of gender. Within the scope of the research, the possibility of forming groups on the topics determined according to their groups was presented and focused on the different groups of gender of these communities. It was observed that the participants experienced a positive change in their perceptions of gender after this group work. The obtained guidelines show that group work increases students' thoughts on gender. Respondents began to pay more attention to gender issues that they would previously have overlooked or paid little attention to. In addition, in-group interactions allowed them to be exposed to different perspectives and thus to approach the complexity of gender from a broader perspective. The results of the statistical analysis argue that the effect of group work on students' gender perceptions has an effect. The results of these results increase their reliability. He observed that participants became more documented and sensitive about gender after group groups.
